This is where postures are sequenced in a specific order and you move with the breath from one pose to the other. The Breath and the movement are linked through sun salutations. The classes give clear alignment cues to offer maxim therapeutic benefits to all body types.
The class combines poses that help strengthen the body as well as increasing flexibility as you need both in life.
The way we practice yoga can have a tremendous impact on the way we feel. For example Twists, forward bends and inversions are calming and help to facilitate healing. Backbends and lateral stretches are more uplifting and energising.
Flow and Restore
Flow and restore is a combination vinyasa flow and restorative and relaxing poses. This helps to calm the nervous system, soothe your mind and encourage and inner focus.
This class is a good way to balance out the stresses of modern life and give you a chance to "just be" rather than be constantly doing.
