PAUSE & RESTORE: RELIEVE STRESS & SOOTHE YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM

Join Vicky Fox in the safe, supportive space of HOME for a special workshop in honour of World Mental Health Day – a chance to pause, reset and gently restore.

This calming and nourishing workshop will help to relieve stress, and calm and soothe the nervous system through mindful, breath-informed movement. Vicky will guide you through a mellow flow designed to help you connect deeply with your breath, your body and the present moment. Explore some supported poses designed to calm and ground your body and close with some simple breathing techniques and guided relaxation focusing on compassion.

Vicky teaches hatha yoga and specialist classes for anyone living with cancer. This workshop is open to those with a curiosity to explore how we can change how we feel with breath and movement.
