On a yoga retreat, you can expect time and space just for you — away from everyday demands. We have time on a retreat that you might not have in your daily life to practice yoga morning and evening and balance this with plenty of downtime to rest, read, walk in nature, or simply do nothing at all.
Morning practices are around 2 hours of movement with the luxury of time we can start small, warm up joints get connected to our bodies in the moment and build onto the poses to deepen your practice. The evening practice will focus on more restorative practices, pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. You don’t need to be “good” at yoga — just open to the experience.
On a retreat you will also be nourished with delicious vegetarian food, peaceful surroundings, and the chance to connect with others in a supportive, like-minded community.
Most of all, a retreat is an opportunity to reset: to deepen your practice, reconnect with yourself, and return home feeling refreshed, grounded, and renewed..

Testimonials
“I first chose to go on retreat with Vicky because I enjoyed her classes and the location (a villa in a quiet part of Greece) looked so beautiful. Several retreats later and I am still coming back. Retreats with Vicky have given me the opportunity to learn from her extensive experience and wisdom about yoga movement and also taught me so much more: about anatomy, yoga philosophy and some general life lessons too – also thanks to the wonderful people that Vicky attracts to her retreats! A week with Vicky and I come away feeling like I have a new, more open body and mind. I will keep coming back – like so many others do once they have been fortunate enough to have experienced a week with Vicky.”

“I have been on (at least) 7 retreats with Vicky, as well as innumerable classes.
She is a super special teacher: technically excellent, full of fun and good humour.
Her retreats are well thought out, each day different from the one before. Morning classes are more challenging, evening ones soothing and slower.
But the cherry on the top is that she draws together really nice people and the atmosphere is always friendly and full of fun.”

“Vicky’s yoga retreats always exceed my expectations, and I have been on more than five with her!
Vicky is a fantastic teacher, compassionate and fun. The food is deliciously healthy and I always learn something new that I can carry into my life.
A retreat with Vicky is a wonderful opportunity to recharge the batteries away from the busy world.”

“I have been on several of Vicky’s retreats and can’t recommend them highly enough. The venues are carefully chosen and the food is excellent.
Vicky’s style of teaching is nurturing. The yoga sessions are accessible to anyone but with enough options to be as challenging as you could want from a Hatha style class. The evening yin classes are relaxing and calming.
I come back from the retreats feeling chilled and having made new friends. The best advertisement for her retreats is that people keep going back year after year!”
